Oil generally enters the combustion chamber through the clearance between piston ring and ring groove, and between valve and guide pipe. The direct reason is that the first piston ring is near the top dead center, and the lubricating oil attached to it is thrown into the combustion chamber due to the sharp decrease of its motion speed. Therefore, the fit clearance between piston ring and piston, the scraping capacity and scraping capacity of piston ring, the pressure and oil viscosity in combustion chamber are closely related to oil consumption. If you find that the fuel consumption is large, you can generally know the problem and solve the problem quickly.

1. Check whether the sealing gasket at the connection of diesel engine body, gear chamber cover, large plate, rear cover and cover cover on one side is in good condition, and whether the screws at the connection are loose. If there is oil leakage at the position of the frame, it is necessary to check the oil shell. The main inspection is to check the front end of the oil shell on the same side with the traveling wheel. Generally, the screw of the frame is loose, which causes the traveling wheel to collide with the angle iron of the frame protecting the oil shell under the pulling of the triangular belt, forming a gap, causing oil leakage.

The wear of engine makes the cylinder liner of diesel engine form longitudinal drawing marks, and the cylinder bore and piston side clearance exceed the specified value, which leads to the corresponding reduction of the supporting force of the piston ring and the appearance of unclean oil scraping. Or because the inner support torsion spring in the oil ring is broken, the oil scraping is not clean and participates in combustion, which makes it difficult for the diesel engine to start, the exhaust pipe emits blue smoke, and the respirator injects oil seriously, resulting in extra oil consumption.
