1. Diesel oil purification. There are many minerals and impurities in diesel oil. If not precipitated, filtered and purified, it will affect the working of plunger and injector head, resulting in uneven fuel supply and poor fuel atomization, which will reduce engine power and increase fuel consumption. Therefore, it is suggested that the diesel oil should be left standing for a period of time to let the impurities precipitate, and the funnel should be filtered with a filter screen when refueling. The second is to clean or replace the filter regularly to achieve the purpose of purification.

2. Remove carbon deposits. During the operation of diesel engine, polymer is attached to the valve, valve seat, fuel injection nozzle and piston top. These deposits will increase fuel consumption and should be removed in time.

3. Keep the water temperature. If the cooling water temperature of diesel engine is too low, it will make the diesel combustion incomplete, affect the exertion of power and waste fuel. Therefore, appropriate use of insulation curtain, pay attention to cooling water, the best use of mineral free soft water, such as flowing river water.

4. Don't overload. When the machine is overloaded, it will emit black smoke, which is not fully burned fuel emissions. As long as the machinery often smoke, it will increase fuel consumption and shorten the service life of parts.

5. Regular inspection and timely repair. To achieve eye, hand, regular or irregular inspection of machinery, frequent maintenance, repair, firmly establish the concept of "maintenance is more important than treatment, prevention is more important than repair", do not let machinery work with disease.
